With Love Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies have an extra ingredient that makes them special--peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 12-oz. bag semisweet chocolate morsels

Method
In a large mixing bowl beat together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Roll dough into 1-inch balls; arrange on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes: Best results if you use real butter, Nestle Toll House morsels, Peter Pan Peanut Butter and a baking stone to bake on.
