White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

A cookie like brown sugar crust topped with a creamy peanut butter and white chocolate frosting.
 

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • Filling:
  • 1 12 oz bag real white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 pan. In large bowl, mix together first three ingredients, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Using a small sauce pan, combine morsels and peanut butter. Cook over low heat until morsels are melted. Spread over bars and chill. Cut into squares.
