These melt-in-your-mouth cookies are loaded with chocolate chips--a real winner.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugars, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Dough will be stiff and difficult to stir. Carefully stir in chocolate chips. Roll tablespoon sized dough balls and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes or until light brown--center will be soft. Cool and remove from baking sheet.
Notes:
Make a test cookie and add more flour if you would like a taller cookie. If you like a little extra pizzaz, you can sprinkle baker's granulated sugar on the cookies before or right after baking.
