Symphony Brownies

Brownie mix is prepared and the batter is layered with almond-filled chocolate candy bars, then baked and served with scoops of ice cream.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of your favorite brownie mix
  • Non-stick spray
  • 2-3 large size Hershey's Symphony candy Bars with Almonds
  • Ice cream

Method

Mix your favorite brownie mix, with the ingredients listed on the box (eggs, water, and oil) in a bowl. Spray non-stick spray in a 13x9" pan. For 1st layer, pour brownie mix in pan (not a lot of the batter, just until bottom is covered). Then break apart Hershey's Symphony Chocolate Bars with your hands and layer on top of mix. Repeat layering with brownie mix and candy bars. Brownie mix should be the last layer on top before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 27-30 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy with vanilla fudge (or your favorite) ice cream!

 

Notes: This recipe is for those who especially love lots of chocolate!
