Sunrise Cookies

Orange cake mix is combined with eggs, oil, orange juice and white chocolate chips for a dough that's formed into balls, baked, and drizzled with melted white chips.
Ingredients
- 1 box (moist) orange cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate baking chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla until well combined. Stir half of the white chocolate chips into dough. Using a small ice cream scoop, form into one-inch balls, and place cookies two-inches apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, then cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from sheet to cool. Melt remaining white chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cookies.
Notes: These cookies are reminiscent of a favorite childhood ice cream treat. They burst with flavor in every bite and will take you back to your carefree days of yesteryear.
