Sou's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These buttery cookies are for those who like crispy chocolate chip cookies. Add as many chocolate pieces as you like.
Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups flour (up to 3 cups)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- chocolate chips

Method
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for at least an hour. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake at 325F 12-15 minutes (20-22 minutes if dough is frozen)
