Quick Oatmeal Cookies

|5||Packets of Quaker Oatmeal With Raisin, date and walnut (equals 1 ¼ cups|
|⅓ cup||Regular Peanut Butter|
|½ tsp||Baking Soda|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
mix the peanut butter, egg, sugar and cinnamon until blended
add in the packets of oatmeal and baking soda, mixing until blended.
form into 12 even portions
Place on a shiny prepared baking sheet(sprayed or lined with parchment paper)
flatten just a little because they do not spread much.
Bake about 8 minutes, watch carefully, when cracks appear, remove from oven and leave on cookie sheet to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Carefully lift to a plate or cookie rack to finish cooling. Once cooled they are not brittle.
