Pumpkin Cookies With Raisins

These cake pumpkin cookies are dotted with raisins. Add a powdered sugar glaze for a finishing touch.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup raisins

Method
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until combined. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla; beat until light and creamy. Mix in dry ingredients until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Drizzle glaze over top. Glaze: Combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl until smooth.
