Potato Chip Cookies

A unique cookie made with potato chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts. The salt from the potato chips is what it's all about.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Crisco
  • 1/2 C Margarine
  • 1 C brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C white Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp. Soda
  • 3 C Potato chips with ridges (crushed)
  • 1-6oz pkg Butterscotch chips
  • 1 C Nuts (chopped)

Method

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix flour and soda. Add to creamed mixture. Add potato chips, nuts and butterscotch chips. Drop by spoon on baking sheet. Bake at 325 F for 12-15 minutes.
