Pineapple Cookies

Tasty pineapple cookies that are as easy to make as they are to eat.
Ingredients
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 t. salt
- 1t. vanilla
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 3-1/2 c. flour
- 1t. baking soda
- sugar (for sprinkling)
- cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Method
Beat together Crisco, salt, vanilla, sugar, and eggs. Stir in pineapple, flour, and baking soda. Drop by teaspoonful onto sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 350* oven for 12-15 minutes.
