Pecan Pralines
A classic crunchy no-bake cookie dessert made with pecans and caramelized sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 1/2 C. Pecans
- 1/2 C. Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbs. Butter

Method
Melt both sugars in milk. Bring to boil stirring occasionally. Add butter and pecans. Cook to soft ball. Cool without disturbing. Beat until thickened but not glossy. Drop on wax paper.
