Peanut Butter Triple Chips

Traditional peanut butter cookies with a twist--semi-sweet, white chocolate and peanut butter chips. Cookies freeze well.
Ingredients
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- 1 cup peanut butter morsels

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, butter, vanilla and milk. Add eggs and mix well. Blend in flour, add all morsels. Chill for 30 minutes for easier handling. Using large spoonfuls of dough, roll into balls and place on un-greased cookie sheets. Flatten with glass dipped in granulated sugar and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes: These freeze well and still taste fresh baked.
