Peanut Butter Surprises

Yummy little cookies with peanut butter cups added at the end. Someone always brings these for Holiday season dinners.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • salt - optional (I do not add salt)
  • 1 1/4 C flour

Method

Cream butter and sugars. Stir in egg, Peanut butter, mix well. Sift baking soda, salt, and flour together. Stir in flour mixture. Use foil liners in small muffin tins. Place tsp of dough (round ball) in liner. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Insert Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in middle immediately.
