Peanut Butter Surprise Brownie

A packaged mix makes it a snap to prepare these chewy, peanut butter filled brownies, topped with chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 package family size brownie mix
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 2 squares white almond bark

Method
Prepare brownies mix per package directions. Pour batter in two 8 inch pans and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in electric mixer until well blended. Spread peanut butter filling on one of the brownie pans. Top with the other pan. Spread chocolate frosting over the stacked brownies. In a microwavable bowl, melt white almond bark. Drizzle over brownies. Slice into squares.
