Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut butter, brown and granulated sugars, and chocolate chips are combined to make these brownie treats.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Method

Beat first 2 ingredients till blended. Gradually add sugar and beat; add eggs one at a time, beating well. Combine and add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350F. for 35-40 minutes. Cool, cut in squares.
