OOPS crispy bars

Take crispy rice bars to the next level with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and raspberry preserves.
Ingredients
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 T. butter
- 2-1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 c. raspberry preserves
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Grease a 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan; set aside. Melt marshmallows, 1-cup chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler. Stir in cereal. Press into prepared pan. Melt remaining chocolate chips with butter. Blend mixture into raspberry preserves then whip in powdered sugar. Pour over cereal in pan and spread. Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting. Yields 20 squares.
