Ooey-Gooey Cake Bars
Chewy cake bars baked with a 'gooey' topping - what else could you ask for? These won't stay on the plate for long.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 2 eggs

Method
Combine cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter. Press into 13x9 greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Do not try to cut them until they are completely cool.
Notes: These are wonderful. They are very gooey, so make sure they are cool before you cut them. Make sure the top is done before you take them out of the oven, too.
