Melt-in-your-Mouth Almond Delights

Packaged sugar cookie mix makes this make-ahead drop cookie even easier to prepare. Whipping cream, egg, melted butter & almond extract are added.
Ingredients
- 1 pouch Sugar cookie Mix
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Almond extract (or to taste)

Method
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. 1. In large bowl mix all ingredients together. 2. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight. 3. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. 4. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges begin to turn a light golden brown. 5. Cool 1-2 minutes then remove to cooling racks. 6. Store in tightly covered containers.
