Marshmallow Peanut Butter M&M Bars

These candy studded bars are easy to make when you use a packaged yellow cake mix and top with peanut butter, marshmallows, M&M's and peanuts.
Ingredients
- 1 2 layer size yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup plain or peanut M&M's
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 X 13 inch pan. In a large bowl blend cake mix, butter, peanut butter and egg. Spread into prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows, M&M's and peanuts. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack before cutting into bars.
Notes: These bars are loaded with all the goodies kids love. They're really quick to make so they make a regular appearance at our house. They are great lunch box treats or after school snacks. Grown ups find them pretty addictive too.
