|1× 8 oz pkg||Cream Cheese, softened|
|1× 1.4 oz pkg||Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling|
|¼ cup||Sugar Replacement|
|1 tsp||Vanilla Extract|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet. In a mixing bowl with a spoon, combine cream cheese, pudding packet, sugar replacement, egg and vanilla until well blended. Drop dough by spoonful, about the size of a walnut, on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with extra sugar replacement, if desired, before baking. Bake 14-16 minutes then cool slightly before removing from pan.
