Lemon-Pecan Sensation

These drop cookies have crushed granola bars folded into the sour cream batter that flavored with lemon peel and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter (at room temperature cut into pieces)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 Nature Valley Pecan Crunch granola bars (3 pouches from an 8.9-oz box)
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, or spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2.In medium bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Mix well. Set aside. 3.In large bowl combine sugar and margarine, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add sour cream, grated lemon peel and lemon juice. Add flour mixture; blend well at low speed. Stir in crushed pecan granola bars. 4.Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart. 5.Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Dust with confectioners sugar.
Notes: Tip: To crush granola bars, place in ziploc bag and use rolling pin.
