Killer Chocolate Chip Cookie

Yellow cake mix makes preparing these milk chocolate chip cookies easy.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 box Super moist yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
  • 1 pkg milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs

Method

Pre-heat oven to 325. Let butter soften at room temperature for ease in stirring. Combine softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract and cake mix in large bowl. Stir by hand until well blended. Add in chocolate chips and stir well. Place dough on cookie sheets, approx. half dollar in size, 2 inches apart. Bake at 325 for 8-13 minutes or until fluffy yellow. Allow to cool on baking rack for 10 minutes. Makes approx. 24-36 cookies depending on size.

 

Notes: Stirring batter will be difficult, but must be done by hand.
