Ingredients:
| 8 oz | Unsweetened Baking Chocolate |
| ½ cup | + 3 Tbsp Butter, cut up |
| 2 cup | Sugar |
| 4 | Large Eggs |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | Flour |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| 12 oz | Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
| 1½ cup | Walnuts, chopped and toasted |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan.
Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave for 3 minutes on high, then stir until smooth. Whisk in sugar, add eggs and vanilla, then mix well. Stir in flour and salt. Add chocolate chips and nuts, then pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until center is just set. Cut into 2 inch squares.
Helpful Tips:
I omitted the walnuts, used unsalted butter and baked for 30 minutes.
