Method
Using a small flat-bottom container pour Baileys about 1/8-inch deep. Place Oreos into the Baileys, one of the cookie-sides down, and let soak for 15 to 20 seconds. Remove the Oreos and place, dry side down, on a plate. Repeat this process until all the Oreos have been soaked. Put the plate of Oreos in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. While the Oreos are freezing, chop the white chocolate into pieces; place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave 1-2 minutes, then stir. Finish heating the white chocolate for 1-2 more minutes or until smooth. Add 15 drops of green food coloring; mix well. When the Oreos are frozen, place them, one at a time, into the white chocolate and cover with the melted chocolate using a spoon. Remove from the chocolate and place on wax paper. Let cool until hard.
Notes: I use a container that can fit 15-20 Mini Oreos on the bottom. This way, when I finish placing the Oreos in the Baileys, in order, they are ready to come out starting with the first ones put in. (If the Oreos stay in the Baileys too long they get real mushy (like Oreos in milk).
Number of Servings: about 60 - 70 cookies
