Holiday Pinwheels

Rich round crackers are spread with a mixture of cream cheese and strawberry preserves, topped with another cracker and dipped into melted chocolate.
Ingredients
- 48 rich round (Ritz) crackers
- 2 pkgs cream cheese
- 1 small jar of strawberry preserves
- 2 pkgs of semisweet, dark, or white chocolate pieces

Method
Mix the cream cheese and strawberry preserves together. Put cream cheese mixture onto a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker. In heavy saucepan, melt pieces on low heat. Remove from heat. Dip the "sandwiches" into the chocolate. Lay out on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
