Ingredients:

| 1 stick | Unsalted Butter |
| 1½ cup | Sugar |
| ½ cup | Cocoa Powder |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 4 | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Flour |
| ⅓ cup | Peanut Flour |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| Nutella Ganache: | |
| ⅓ cup | Half & Half |
| ¾ cup | Nutella |
| Sprinkles or Icing, for decoration if desired |
Directions:
Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 8x8in baking pan (a 9x9 pan would also work). Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Combine flour, peanut flour and salt in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl whisk melted butter, cocoa and sugar until combined. Add the vanilla then the eggs two at a time stirring well after each addition. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until all dry ingredients are combined. Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out without crumbs. Set aside to cool.
Nutella Ganache:
Heat half and half in a small sauce pan until it just begins to boil. Reduce heat to Low, add Nutella and whisk together, the amount of half and half can be adjusted to the desired consistency. Let the mixture cool, mixture will stiffen as it cools, it should be stirred once more before applying to the brownies.
Assembly:
Cut the cooled brownies into heart shapes using cookie cutters or a knife. Drizzle ganache over the brownies and decorate as desired!
