Frosted Banana Bars

The ultimate bar; lightly sweet and moist banana squares topped with the most delicious cream cheese frosting imaginable.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nonfat margarine -- softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. fat-free sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 med. bananas, ripe, mashed,
- 1 c.
- FROSTING:
- 1 pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. nonfat margarine, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 c. confectioner's sugar

Method
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mix. Stir in bananas. Spread in greased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick near center comes out clean. Cool. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in enough sugar to achieve frosting consistency. Frost bars. Store in refrigerator.
