|1 pkg||(18-oz.) Refrigerated Brownie Dough|
|2 cups||Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips|
|1 cup||Tiny Marshmallows|
|¼ – ½ cup||Chopped Walnuts|
Bake brownies according to package directions. Sprinkle HALF of the chips over hot brownies. Let stand for 5 minutes until morsels are shiny; spread evenly over brownies. Top with marshmallows, remaining chips and walnuts; press down lightly. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or just until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into pieces with wet knife. Serve warm.
The enduring appeal of rocky road is not surprise. The combination of marshmallow, chocolate and nuts is hard to resist.
