Easy Rocky Road Brownies

Refrigerated brownie dough is baked and spread with melted chocolate chips, then sprinkled with tiny marshmallows, nuts and more chips.
Ingredients
- 1 package (18-oz.) refrigerated brownie dough
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
- 1 cup tiny marshmallows
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method
Bake brownies according to package directions. Sprinkle HALF of the chips over hot brownies. Let stand for 5 minutes until morsels are shiny; spread evenly over brownies. Top with marshmallows, remaining chips and walnuts; press down lightly. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or just until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into pieces with wet knife. Serve warm.
Notes: The enduring appeal of rocky road is not surprise. The combination of marshmallow, chocolate and nuts is hard to resist.
