Easy Mix Cookies

A packaged cake mix of your desired flavor (chocolate, yellow, white) is combined with flour, butter, egg and water, then shaped into balls and baked.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 18-ounce package desired flavor cake mix
- 3/4 cup sifted flour

Method
Dissolve soda in water in a large bowl. Stir in egg and butter. Add package of cake mix and stir until moistened. Add flour and mix well with your hands. Shape into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees about 12 minutes.
