A soft, moist chocolate chip cookie baked in a cake pan with cinnamon sugar on top.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8-12 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-1 1/2 cups sweet milk chocolate morsels
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the softened butter, sugar, honey, and eggs together. In a seperate bowl stir together the salt, flour, and baking powder. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture then stir in the milk chocolate morsels. Spray a medium cake pan with nonstick spray and lightly flour the bottom and sides of the pan. Spread dough into the bottom of the pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar before baking. When done baking let cool then cut into 8 equal slices.

 

Notes: Baking time may vary with different ovens.
