Coconut Almond No-bakes

Ingredients:
| 2 sticks | Butter, 1 cup |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 4 cups | Sugar |
| ½ cup | Cocoa Powder |
| 5 cups | Quick-cooking Oats |
| 1 cup | Coconut |
| 1 cup | Chopped Almonds |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| ½ tsp | Almond Extract |
| ½ tsp | Coconut Extract |
Directions:
In a large saucepan over high heat, melt butter with milk, sugar and cocoa powder. Stir constantly; bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Fold in oats, almonds and coconut and then your extracts. Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper or foil; let cool. Place in air-tight container once they are cool and dry.
Helpful Tips:
This recipe makes about 8 dozen. Great for gifts for your co-workers or your children's teachers.
