Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscotti

Cake mix makes these biscotti cookies easy. Add peanut butter for a crisp, chocolatey cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) Devils Food Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, add cake mix, melted peanut butter, oil and eggs. Mix until it forms a soft dough. Divide dough in half. On greased cookie sheet pat the halves into two loaves. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Slice loaves into biscotti shaped cookies. Turn on their sides and bake for another 10 minutes. While this is cooking, in a double boiler melt chocolate chips with the 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Remove biscotti from oven and drizzle with chocolate/peanut butter mixture. Let cool.
