Candy Bar Cookies
Brownie batter--with chopped candy bars folded into it--is drizzled with a cream cheese mixture before baking.
Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) pkg brownie mix
- 3 Milky Way candy bars, chopped
- 1 pkg (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 egg, beaten

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, then stir in chopped candy. Pour into a greased 9x13" baking pan. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and milk to the cream cheese mixture and blend well. Drizzle cream cheese mixture over brownie batter to give a swirled look. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until done. Remove and cool on a wire rack completely. When cooled, cut into bars with a wet knife.
Notes: If you want, you can substitute the 3 Milky Way bars with 3 Baby Ruth or Snickers bars.
