This brownie recipe features two kinds of chocolate, plus marshmallows and nuts.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Method

Beat eggs until lemon-colored and thick. Add sugar gradually. Melt butter, chocolate and chocolate chips in double boiler. Add chocolate mixture & vanilla to egg mixture. Fold in flour. Stir in marshmallows and walnuts. Bake in 9x13 pan (greased & floured) at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Let cool before cutting and dusting with powdered sugar.

 

Notes: These are absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!
