Brown Sugar Shortbread

These 3-ingredient shortbread cookies are rolled into balls and then stamped with a cookie stamp before baking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour

Method
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add un-sifted flour. Beat at low speed until combined and well mixed. Form one inch balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Stamp with warm cookie stamp and bake at 325F for 10 to 12 minutes.
