Booger Cookies

Pistachio pudding adds flavor and keeps these coconut and chocolate chip cookies, moist and tender.

Ingredients:

2¼ cups White Flour
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter
¾ cup Coconut
¾ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Small Box Instant Pistachio Pudding

Directions:

Melt butter and mix with both sugars until smooth. Mix in eggs, baking soda, vanilla and pudding mix. Slowly add flour, coconut and chocolate chips.

Drop cookies, by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
