Ingredients:
| 2¼ cups | White Flour |
| ½ cup | White Sugar |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Butter |
| ¾ cup | Coconut |
| ¾ cup | Mini Chocolate Chips |
| 1 | Small Box Instant Pistachio Pudding |
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with both sugars until smooth. Mix in eggs, baking soda, vanilla and pudding mix. Slowly add flour, coconut and chocolate chips.
Drop cookies, by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
